Every woman who has ever painted her nails understands the magic that a new shiny color can bring. It can change your look and your outlook; it can turn clothing into fashion; and it can make you feel even more beautiful.
The nail is made of a hard protein called keratin. A protein is one of the building blocks, which make up the organs of the body. The nails help protect the ends of the fingers and toes from trauma. A pedicure involves cleansing the feet; nail care and a foot massage. A pedicure can be very relaxing and if you have tired feet, it can be therapeutic. Every 4-6 weeks it is a good idea to seek the services of a licensed professional. Our licensed professionas, know best how to keep your nails looking healthy and feeling good.
Spa Pedicure-
Our spa pedicures includes complete toenail prep with filing, cuticle trimming as well as sloughing and callus removal. We treat your feet to a foot scrub, a mask with hot towels, & a luxurious foot massage. We finish it off with an exceptional paint job. Please allow about 1 hour for this service. $55 and up.
Add a stone therapy treatment or paraffin treatment and soothe those hands and feet. We also offer a Ski Pedicure for those overworked feet. This includes a paraffin dip and a longer massage to relax those little muscles.
Softness isn't the only benefit in a paraffin teratment. Paraffin Wax also increases blood circulation and allows the restoration of improved skin color. This treatment also eases stiffness and discomfort of joints associated with injury, arthritis, overworked muscles, and other ailments. Innovations in Paraffin Wax treatments involve elements of holistic healing and aromatherapy as well.
Manicure-
Our manicure includes complete nail prep with filing, cuticle trimming, a scrub, paraffin wax, and a wonderful hand and arm massage, followed with the polish of your choice. Please allow 30 minutes for this service. $30 and up
Spa Manicure-
Have a luxury manicure and enjoy the extra pampering and attention. This is similar to a Spa Pedicure service. Allow about 1 hour. $40 and up.
French Tip Manicure
The tips are given a white tone and the base of the nail get a pink tone. A new image, a bit of change from the standard manicure. Add $6 to the regual manicure cost.
Paraffin Dip
May be done alone or added to any manicure or pedicure treatment. Moisture is applied to the hands and feet and then dipped in warm therapeutic paraffin wax to create an occlusive barrier and force the moisturizer into the skin. After reaching room temperature the wax is peeled off, leaving your hand and feet feeling silky smooth and re-hydrated. The deep heat is also beneficial for arthritis and other joint pain.
Acrylic nail services are also available on select days.
Acrylic nails are the hardest and strongest nail enhancement. In appearance, they are a little less natural than the other types of nails mentioned, but are great for people who are hard on their hands and nails. Fill time: 2 weeks
